…ist format Issues labeled `deferred` kept ranking at the top of the session-issue list because age and comment count boosted them. They now always sort after every non-deferred issue, and the list uses a compact format. - compute deferred issue numbers with jq and pass them to the ranking agent - require deferred issues last, and verify the order before showing the list - list format is now `* #NNN - <title>` with an indented one-line summary - apply the same rule and format to the Copilot skill copy - note the deferred ordering in both session READMEs - bump session plugin 4.9.0 -> 4.9.1 (Claude and Copilot manifests) Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
