SVG Draw new component wrap any inline SVG and it draws itself in,
line by line, then fills. Works on icons, logos and illustrations; strokes
and fills keep their own colors, and the SVG is restored as written.
Arc Carousel tidy-up: wrap copies moved out of the React-rendered list,
stable
holdcallback, house naming, fewer comments. No behavior change.
