The repo baseline (#72) added
AGENTS.mdfrom the org template with<cmd>placeholders. This PR replaces them with commands that already exist in this repo, so an agent can build, test and deploy without guessing. It serves the goal of agent-driven delivery (Dok 26, the factory inai/ENGINEERING.md).Sources:
