Request: Multilingual support for the GUI

I've noticed your project; it's great.

Many apps currently offer multilingual support, and I hope you could consider adding that option to your app. I can provide a Simplified Chinese translation.

As more users learn about your project, more users will also provide translations for languages ​​from different regions.

I haven't built it with multilingual support in mind, there's a bunch of hard-coded strings everywhere, but I'll keep this open so I can circle back to it after I finally get to 1.0.0 release.

As requested - and pretty fast/easily implemented - in this @TechFlipsi/'s FlipsiColor issue, I strongly suggest to adopt JSON language files: all UI strings are stored in a single per-language file so contributors could easily create a translated copy for own language.
