data: add 315 SAT centres across 10 countries (#74–#83)

Summary

Adds 315 new SAT test centres (College Board verified) to data/places/sat_centre.json for the 10 countries tracked in these issues.

Resolves #74, #75, #76, #77, #78, #79, #80, #81, #82, #83.

Data provenance

• Source: College Board official test-centre search API (aru-test-center-search.collegeboard.org/prod/test-centers?date=2026-11-07&country=<ISO>), session date pulled live from sat-admin-dates.collegeboard.org.
• Geocoding: OpenStreetMap Nominatim + Photon via the sat_updater pipeline (evidence-based: on-land check + name/city/country similarity ≥ 0.6). Precision: 111 address-level pins, 73 city-level, 131 city-center fallback.
• valid_till: 2026-11-07 (next College Board session with seats).
• added_by: shauryagangrade (matching existing records).

Quality

• npm run validate passes — 0 errors across all data files (428/609 sat_centre records validated).
• IDs reuse the College Board centre code where present (consistent with existing UK records); generated <city>-sat-NN otherwise.
• No duplicate coordinates introduced beyond pre-existing near-duplicate warnings in the Seoul city-center set.
