@Chand-ra Thanks for the technically detailed post. Before we can publish it, please make these changes:

  • _config.yml already contains a Chandra Pratap author key. Please update the existing entry rather than adding a duplicate YAML key; the front-matter author must still match it exactly. See Step 1: Add Your Author Profile.
  • Fix references [1] through [7]. They currently appear as plain text because the items under “Links to my work” are list items, not Markdown reference definitions. Please use inline links or valid reference definitions. See Links and References.
  • Rewrite the sentence beginning “Such a fundamentally simple concept…”; the current comma incorrectly separates the subject from “can be adapted.” Please do a final grammar pass under Writing Style.
  • Add a brief reader-facing call to action or next step. See Structure Requirements.

Once those are updated, please reply here and we’ll re-review the PR.

Hi Adi,

  • _config.yml already contains a Chandra Pratap author key. Please update the existing entry rather than adding a duplicate YAML key; the front-matter author must still match it exactly. See Step 1: Add Your Author Profile.

Yes, that is because I was an intern in 2025 as well. Do I update the old entry to reflect my latest organization (hence getting rid of the old organization's info), or is there some way I can reflect both of my stints? Maybe something like:

description: "Summer of Bitcoin Batch of XXXX, worked on [Project Name 1]; Summer of Bitcoin Batch of YYYY, worked on [Project Name 2]"

@Chand-ra Thanks for asking, and apologies that we did not answer sooner. Please keep the single existing Chandra Pratap author key and update that entry to reflect both stints; do not add a duplicate YAML key. For example:

description: "Summer of Bitcoin Batch of 2025, worked on Lightning Network; Batch of 2026, worked on Smite"

That preserves both years and projects while keeping the front-matter author unambiguous. See Step 1: Add Your Author Profile.

Please also complete the other outstanding items from the original review:

  • turn references [1] through [7] into valid inline links or Markdown reference definitions (Links and References);
  • fix the sentence beginning "Such a fundamentally simple concept..." and do the final grammar pass (Writing Style); and
  • add a short reader-facing next step or call to action (Structure Requirements).

Once you push those changes, please reply here and we'll re-review the PR for publication.

Hi @adi-shankara , thanks for the clarification!

I have added incorporated the feedback to my post. Hope it is good enough to be merged now 🤞.

@Chand-ra Thanks for the revision. The single author profile now preserves both internship years, the grammar fix is in place, and the CTA passes. Two content details remain:

  • The in-text markers [1] through [7] still render as plain text. The numbered links under "Links to my work" are ordinary list items, not Markdown reference definitions. Please make each in-text marker an inline link or add real definitions such as [1]: https://.... See Links and References.
  • "Mathematically prove whether a new configuration actually improves" is too absolute for statistical trials. Please use wording such as "measure" or "provide statistical evidence about whether."

Once those are updated, please reply here and we'll re-review.
