Menu: list PorchLight with the work; GitHits in the profile hero - #177

The Work menu still led with Engines and had no PorchLight, the hackathon third-place project that both hiring pages now feature. It now follows the pages' own order: GitHits, PorchLight, RISE, Engines. Static pages and llms.txt were regenerated from projects/site-data.js. The /mateo/ hero listed the degree and the hackathon but not the GitHits design partnership, the third proof point the homepage shows.
