Two requests from Mateo on Slack (Oct 27), both approved by Seth. Rebased on #178, which landed while this was in review.

1. syberlabs.io leads with the lab; /mateo/ stays the hiring page

Mateo: a lab whose homepage is its founder's résumé reads less legitimate. Every application, referral email and the résumé already link to /mateo/, so the homepage can introduce the lab without costing the hiring path.

  • Hero: the heading is SyberLabs (the brand treatment from Hero: SyberLabs in chromatic blue, signed; warm art in the Sophia frame; a lab section #162/Hero with restraint, credits only where the art is, GitHits told as engineering #166). "Research studio founded by Mateo Robles" links to /mateo/. The line under it describes the lab ("AI developer tools and interactive web products, built so every step leaves evidence someone can check", from the intro film's own words). The rows that held Mateo's credentials now list the lab's work: GitHits, PorchLight (third place) and RISE, each linked to its section. Interview Mateo and View résumé remain the hero's two actions, as CLAUDE.md requires. The degree and availability line move off the homepage; they are on /mateo/.
  • Order: hero, film notes, the lab (SyberWork, moved up from the appendix), GitHits, PorchLight, RISE and Engines, then the founder card, then the Pointillism and Orb experiments.
  • Founder card (#founder, which the Orb's "Meet the founder" link already targets): Mateo's signature, one line on his degree and the roles he is open to, and every contact route, starting with his portfolio. On desktop the contact column keeps its natural width, so the address no longer breaks mid-word.
  • Head: title SyberLabs | Research studio founded by Mateo Robles, a lab description, and a new og/home.png (?v=20261027c).
  • /mateo/ is unchanged apart from the address.

2. One address everywhere: hello.mateorobles@gmail.com

#178 moved the hiring links to Mateo's address and kept the lab inbox for general inquiries. Seth chose one address everywhere, so CONTACT and EMAIL in projects/site-data.js now point to Mateo's address too. That covers the Atlas footers, the footer Contact link, privacy, services, every static page's structured data and llms.txt/llms-full.txt. Mateo reported that the lab inbox was flagged as spam during his outreach. The résumé keeps #178's build, which already carries the new address (its text is identical to a rebuild from source). The old address appears nowhere in dist/.

Checks

account-nav (9) and server (192) tests, site-chrome --check, export-arena --check, check-mateo-video, pnpm build:site, the workflow's 89 dist guards, scripts/qa.mjs (23 pages, 0 errors). Screenshots of the hero at 1440 and 390, and of the founder card at 1440, 1024, 820 and 390.

Mateo asked (Slack, Oct 27) for syberlabs.io to lead with the lab and its
work, with him shown as founder, and for /mateo/ to stay the hiring page
every application and referral links to. Seth approved.

Homepage: the hero's heading is SyberLabs, "Research studio founded by
Mateo Robles" links to /mateo/, and the credential rows become the lab's
work (GitHits, PorchLight, RISE), each linked to its section. Interview
Mateo and View résumé stay as the hero's two actions. The lab section moves
up under the hero, and the closing section becomes the founder card with
every contact route and a link to /mateo/. Title, description and the
social card describe the lab. /mateo/ is unchanged apart from the address.

Contact: #178 moved hiring links to Mateo's address but kept the lab inbox
for general inquiries. Seth chose one address everywhere, so CONTACT and
EMAIL now point to hello.mateorobles@gmail.com too: the Atlas footers, the
footer Contact link, privacy, services and structured data. Mateo reported
the lab inbox was flagged as spam during outreach. The résumé keeps #178's
build, which already carries the new address.

P2 Badge Preserve the hero heading's protection against animation replay

On a first visit with delayed JavaScript loading, removing pitch-hero__name also removes the heading's animation:none override at the end of src/home.css. The prerendered heading can finish appearing before the client bundle arrives, but src/main.jsx uses createRoot().render() to replace that markup, restarting brand-rise from opacity zero while html.sy-reveal remains active. This makes the already-visible lab name disappear and animate in again. Apply the existing no-replay protection to the renamed brand heading without restoring the personal-name styling.
