Credit the studio instead of named contributors - #181

Relay's "Built by" credit now reads SyberLabs, and the /mateo/ RISE paragraph no longer names a collaborator. Source comments, the staff contract, a wrangler.toml note, migration comments and test fixtures use role names and GitHub's example login instead of a person's name. llms-full.txt is regenerated from site-data.js.
