SyberLabs, the autonomous software factory - #182
Conversation
Header: the title is now huge words streaming through the top of the stage in
three full-bleed rows, SYBERLABS / THE {AUTONOMOUS} / SOFTWARE FACTORY, each row
looping seamlessly at its own speed and direction. SyberLabs and Autonomous are in
the chromatic blue, braces in cyan mono. At rest (reduced motion) every row starts
at its first word, so the phrase reads in order; it pauses with Pause motion and
when the clip cannot move. The h1 carries the words for assistive technology. On
desktop the Sophia frame moves below the stream so the words never cover the art.
Positioning: "AI agents write, test and repair code on their own. The factory runs
every check itself, keeps a signed record of each step, and ships nothing until a
person admits it." Title, descriptions, structured data and the social card follow.
Autonomy is stated as it is built: agents work on their own, and admission stays
with a person (SyberWork lists autonomous merges and deploys as non-goals).
Homepage: the lab section becomes the factory in five steps (propose, check,
review, admit, publish), with a note that SyberWork builds itself this way. GitHits
becomes "Made in the factory". A Factory entry leads the hero's work list.
New /factory/ page: one change step by step (start, context, propose, check, admit,
publish), each with the line it never crosses; what the record guarantees; built by
its own factory (88 of SyberWork's 96 merged pull requests carry the admission
trail); and where the claims stop. Every claim is taken from SyberWork's README and
docs (BUILD_THREAD, ADMIT, ARCHITECTURE, the Attest study). In the nav, the Menu,
sitemap, llms index and build, with its own social card.
Checks: build:site and the Function build; 209 tests; release guards; site-chrome
(16 pages); QA 24 pages 0 errors 0 warnings; desktop 1440x900 and phone 390x844
captures of the homepage and /factory/, moving and at rest.

Add a pause path for the no-JavaScript marquee
When the prerendered homepage is viewed with scripts disabled and reduced motion is off, this rule still starts an infinite animation, but the “Pause motion” button is only rendered after BackgroundVideo mounts. The stream therefore cannot be paused in the no-JavaScript page; keep it static until a pause control is available or provide a no-script alternative.
