This pull request does not include:

• Add the typed inbox row with the own flag and its fixture cases.
• Add the own flag gate for protocol 50 to e2e_protocol.rs.
• Change the claim and copies routes to the network path and the document fields.
• Add the per-device inbox GET and ack routes that use the inbox row.
