Closes #428

This pull request does not include:

• Fix the e2e_send_dropped field name from message_id to msgid in the parser, fixture and session test.
• Add the from and to fields to the send request. Make the payload compact JSON text and add the reactive priority.
• Change the claim and copies bodies and answers to the fields of section 4f. Put both calls under the networks path.
• Add the wire limits: payload 32 KiB, 64 lines, page and ack 100, 50 one-time keys, and 256 bytes for each inbox entry.
• Add a typed model of the e2e_message event.
• Read the msgid of the 202 answer of the send door.
• Replace the candidate comments in e2e_wire, e2e_device, e2e_trust and e2e_selfcopy. Update the fixture revisions.
• Add the pairing routes of protocol 48 to the version checks.
