Closes #429

This pull request does not include:

  • Store the master key as an encrypted pickle in the sealed state, with get and set methods.
  • Store the own signed list (version, keys, signature) in the sealed state. Add Serialize and Deserialize to SignedList.
  • Store the PeerTrust state, with the revoked devices, in the sealed state.
  • Add one slot for pending pairing state, with set and clear methods.
  • Add tests for restart persistence of the new items, and for failed writes that keep the old state.
  • Add a Debug output for E2eStateStore that shows no key and no pickle, with a test.
