Why

The Patreon integration is new across three repositories (TF-Minecraft/ProvinceSystem#59, TF-Minecraft/TFMCWeb#29, Drefvelin/tfmc_bot#19) and staff will operate it. This adds the page they need.

What

  • New projects/ProvinceSystem/docs/integrations/patreon.md: why it exists, ownership across backend, bot and plugin, the four ways a supporter links, entitlement rules (gifted memberships, declined-payment grace, mass-removal brake, shadow mode), tier mapping, environment variables, routes with auth, staff tools, and an operations section covering health, each alert, releasing the brake, hand-linking, and rotating credentials.
  • TFMCWeb pages: the /patreon command, the patreon: config block, and the rule that only one server applies ranks.
  • Discord bot page: the new patreon cog.
  • Index links.

Merge after the three code PRs so the docs do not describe something that is not live.

Adds a staff and operations page for the new Patreon v2 integration: who
owns what across the backend, bot and plugin, how supporters link, the
entitlement rules, routes, alerts, and how to release the removal brake or
rotate credentials. Updates the TFMCWeb and Discord bot pages to match.
