Clear playable boundaries for TF-Minecraft worlds.
WorldBorder keeps survival and adventure gameplay within designated rectangular areas. Players receive a visible warning as they approach the edge, and take damage if they continue beyond it.
Each covered world can have its own boundary, allowing the playable space to follow the needs of that world.
- Per-world boundaries — rectangular regions define the playable area in each covered world.
- Advance warnings — on-screen titles alert players while they are still inside the border's warning zone.
- Out-of-bounds damage — players beyond the region take repeated damage until they return.
- Gameplay-aware enforcement — survival and adventure players are affected, with creative and spectator modes exempt.
- Staff bypass — a permission allows authorized players to cross the boundary without warnings or damage.
Returning to the safe area clears the warning, keeping the border feedback tied to the player's current position.

Run mvn clean verify with Java 21 and the pinned plugin dependencies installed.
The build runs the tests and enforces 100% executable-line coverage across
all production Java classes, with no coverage exclusions. JaCoCo's HTML and XML
reports are written to target/site/jacoco/ and uploaded by the Build workflow.
Branch and instruction coverage are reported separately; the enforced threshold
is line coverage. Build and maintenance scripts are outside this runtime-code metric.
