fix(showcase): wall-torch and signpost visual quality pass

Summary

Visual quality pass on wall-torch and signpost — the two remaining pieces that had not had one. Both were budget-correct and looked like toys. Generators rebuilt from named stations; hygiene 15–19 locked in. Inspection sheets stayed in .scratch/ (never committed).

showcase/README.md gains Orthogonal members (exit 19) and Wall-mount zmin (exit 16) so future pieces inherit them.

wall-torch

Round-1 defects (view that revealed each):

1. Featureless slab plaque — mailbox / bathroom tile (clay, ortho_front, threeq).
2. Flame is stacked 22 cm cones — plastic ice-cream / candle (all views, joint_flame).
3. Wood haft sits on a metal funnel, not in a holder (ortho_left/right).
4. Two square-section V-arms like a tuning fork (ortho_top/bottom).
5. Decorative torus on the plate with no job (ortho_back, threeq_b).
6. Raised panel + cornice reads as a picture frame (joint_cornice).
7. Entire piece floats: v.co.z += 0.14 (ground.png; README zmin 0.140).
8. 14-gon n-gon cup (ortho_top).
9. No wear, flat materials (threeq).
10. Clay silhouette: mailbox with a cone on a stick — not a torch.

Fixes (structural):

• Plaque back on Y=0, zmin snap only — hanging height is an engine transform, not mesh.
• Four courses of running-bond ashlar with closed-form width splits, proud of the back slab so grout is the host face.
• Round plate + rivets; one tube from plate station to CUP_Y - CUP_R1 + ARM_BITE.
• Bowl opens upward (cap_tris for segs > 4); haft seated in the bowl; short flame cones in the rim.
• Wear noise on stone/metal/wood.

Hygiene measured on 4.5.11 / 5.1.2 / 5.2.1: all zero; zmin 0; arm-cup gap 0.00087; plate-plaque 0.004; plaque width 0.280.

Tris 848 → 1528 (coursing). Inspection rounds: 3. Hero re-rendered on 5.2.1 Cycles; check_framing with no deviation= (fill_y=0.817).

signpost

Round-1 defects:

1. Diamond tips are 45° cubes glued on (front, joint_tip_a).
2. Boards yawed ~7° and ~10° into a V (ortho_top/bottom).
3. Cap pyramid smaller than the post, sitting on a shelf (joint_cap).
4. Cube shoe the post sits on (joint_shoe, ground).
5. Three disconnected strap plates, not a U-wrap (joint_board_a, joint_strap).
6. XY AABB recenter shifts the post off origin (script / top).
7. No wear; identical boards (threeq).
8. Reads as a sign in clay, still a toy.

Fixes (structural):

• yaw = 0; --yaw-boards is the 19 falsifier.
• Wedge tip whose base is BOARD_T × BOARD_H, bitten into the board (TIP_BITE).
• Cap after bevel, radius = (half + CAP_OVERHANG) * sqrt(2).
• Closed four-plate shoe collar; board straps U-wrap (omit_x_sign).
• Post stays on origin; zmin snap only.
• Closed-form board height/thickness variation; wear.

Hygiene on all three binaries: all zero; shoe_z 0; board-gap 0.005; strap-gap 0.003; board AABB Y 0.028.

Proven vs inspection-only

Live run: defaults and every falsifier on 4.5.11, 5.1.2, 5.2.1; Cycles heroes; framing fill/margins on 5.2.1.

Inspection only: visual defect lists from .scratch/inspect/r1–r3 PNGs (untracked).

Test plan

• Validate + blender-smoke 5.2 LTS and 4.5 LTS on the PR head
• needs-5.1 5.1 smoke appears and is green
• Socket Security not pending
• Squash-merge, confirm tag, Pages, gallery 200
