theme.md: 18,559 B to 6,753 B. Keeps the content-not-chrome rule, scope and carrier traps, schema bump, on-disk conflict and sync data rules. Drops fallback internals, the theme editor design notes, the license line (check-license-inventory.pychecks it) and the SwiftLint restatement (pane_hidden_background,window_background_outside_backdrop).tests.md: 16,603 B to 9,701 B. Drops thecheck-test-plans.pyrestatement, the plan settings list, general Swift advice and status notes; the placement table loses its Folder and Host columns; helpers become three lines.tests.md, Plans is now the home for-parallel-testing-enabled NOon iOS, with the simulator reason.apple/AGENTS.mdpoints there.apple/AGENTS.mdis the home.ui-lifecycle.mdandapple/CONTRIBUTING.mdpoint to it.verification-apple.md, INCONCLUSIVE); no change.libs.mddeleted.
