Fixes/New features:

  • Support for a "beep" with starting to read/ending reading with MathCAT
  • Make work with Eloquence voice (still need up from CodeFactory)
  • Support saying something other than "cap" if set in preference
  • Added support to navigate in a table/matrix, etc.
  • Namespaces leaked into the output
