fix(svelte-virtual): read a scroll element bound after the store subscribes - #1368
A component subscribes to the virtualizer store before bind:this assigns the scroll element. The store's start callback is the only automatic _willUpdate call, so it reads null, attaches no observers, and the list renders no rows until something calls setOptions. This is also the empty table in #866 (Svelte 5, createVirtualizer inside $derived). Svelte 4 hits it when the virtualizer is created once, as suggested in #656, and the count does not change after mount.
The start callback now reads the scroll element again after tick(), once Svelte has applied bind:this. The other adapters call _willUpdate at the same point, after render or mount. If the last subscriber left before the tick, it does nothing, so a store that was replaced does not attach observers. Window virtualizers and elements that were already bound see the same element, so nothing changes for them. A scroll element that first appears later, for example inside an {#if}, still needs a setOptions call.
The new test binds the element after subscribing and expects 11 items after tick(). It fails without the source change. In Chromium, the lists in the issue's reproduction go from 0 to 7 rows; the #866 page without its _willUpdate workaround, with a 400px scroll container, goes from 0 to 17; the #656 snippet with a fixed list goes from 0 to 7 on Svelte 4.
…cribes
A component usually subscribes to the store before `bind:this` assigns
the scroll element. The store's start callback was the only place that
read `getScrollElement`, so it saw null, no observers were attached and
the list rendered no rows until an option update happened to call
`setOptions`.
Read the element again after `tick()`, unless the last subscriber has
already gone. The new test binds the element after subscribing and
fails without the source change.
The Svelte virtualizer now schedules an update after a Svelte tick while its store subscription remains active. A test covers a scroll element that becomes available after subscription, and a patch changeset records the change.

Post-tick update and validation packages/svelte-virtual/src/index.ts, packages/svelte-virtual/tests/index.test.ts, .changeset/bound-rows-render.md
The subscription schedules _willUpdate() after a Svelte tick if it remains active. The test checks that items appear after the scroll element becomes available and that the subscriber receives the virtualizer. The changeset records the patch.
The binding fix is mergeable with bounded follow-up: a manual subscriber that unsubscribes synchronously during a size notification can leave an observer attached. Ordinary component subscriptions do not trigger this narrow path.

Explanation
[#1367] Requirement: when the Svelte store subscribes before bind:this assigns the scroll element, rows must render without a later setOptions call. At head, the store start callback in packages/svelte-virtual/src/index.ts schedules virtualizer._willUpdate() after tick(), and reads the scroll element again once Svelte has applied bind:this. The base version only called setOptions({}) and _didMount(), so the element was read once as null. The new test in packages/svelte-virtual/tests/index.test.ts subscribes with getScrollElement returning null, asserts 0 items, sets the element, awaits tick(), and asserts 11 items (400px container, 40px rows, overscan 1). This covers the reproduction's render-time bind:this case that the issue describes. The created-once case and the $derived case both subscribe before the element is bound and are covered by the same tick path. Cases where the virtualizer is recreated after binding are unchanged, as the objectives state. Limitation: an element that first appears in a later update, for example inside an {#if}, is still not read automatically and still needs setOptions. The issue's reproduction and expected behavior do not include that case, so it is not a failing requirement here. The virtual-core _willUpdate body was not fully readable in this review, so the test result is taken from the test code and the PR description, not from a separately read implementation.

Explanation
All changes at head relate to #1367. packages/svelte-virtual/src/index.ts adds the tick import and the deferred _willUpdate call in the store start callback. It also changes the start callback to return a wrapper that clears a subscribed flag and then calls the _didMount cleanup. This keeps the previous unsubscribe behavior and skips the deferred update after the last subscriber leaves. The test file adds one regression test for the same scenario. The .changeset/bound-rows-render.md patch changeset documents the published fix. No unrelated behavior, API, or option changes appear in the reviewed summary or in the readable diff. The setOptions, window virtualizer, and already-bound paths are unchanged in code.

Add a test for unsubscribing before the deferred update.
The new test unsubscribes after await tick(), while the store is still subscribed. In this test, the subscribed guard in createVirtualizerBase always takes the _willUpdate() branch. Removing the guard does not change the result.
If the last subscriber leaves before the deferred update runs, the guard skips _willUpdate(). Without the guard, that call can register observeElementRect and observeElementOffset observers after the stop callback has run. No cleanup removes them. Add a test for this path:

Add a test near the existing createVirtualizer subscription test that binds a
scroll element, unsubscribes before the deferred tick runs, and verifies
observeElementRect is not called. This should cover the createVirtualizerBase
subscribed guard skipping _willUpdate() after the last subscriber leaves,
without changing production behavior.
Unverified finding
We couldn't verify this from the code. It is shown for review, not as a verified issue.
Test gap: the test assigns scrollElement directly rather than exercising bind:this during a Svelte DOM flush. A reread queued in a microtask before the flush could pass this test while missing the actual binding.
The test could pass while a component whose element is assigned by bind:this still renders no rows.
This can occur when: A regression replaces the post-tick() reread with a microtask queued at subscription time.
