Cut locally with changelogen --release --no-github -r 0.2.0 (per CONTRIBUTING.md → Releasing). Routed through a PR because master is protected against direct pushes.

Bumps package.json 0.1.7 → 0.2.0 and prepends the v0.2.0 section to CHANGELOG.md. No source changes.

After merge: tag v0.2.0 is created on the merge commit and pushed, which triggers the Release & Publish workflow (pauses on npm-publish for manual approval).
