目标

把 PR3 后的本地集成结果、统一开发环境和正式开工管理基线同步到团队主线。

主要变更

• 对齐 PyYAML、Pydantic、CI、README 和 pyproject.toml 的依赖口径。
• 锁定共享 AgentSociety 2.8.2 环境并提交可复现 uv.lock，保留本地源码调试边界。
• 收紧场景 Pydantic 校验，不再把必需校验依赖作为静默可选能力。
• 新增 2026-08-07 总体设计、当前功能、PR3 内容和修订执行计划文档。
• 建立 95 项 Requirement Matrix、P0-P3 Defect Board、Run Registry、Schema/API Change Log。
• 正式分配责任线：A yilu、B jiaqi、C jiawei、D zhangjun、可视化 yuhang（wyh7）。
• 更新 PR 模板和协作指南，要求关联 Requirement/Task、owner/reviewer、验证证据和能力边界。
• 修复 CommunitySpace contract fixture 越出临时目录的问题。

验证

• TMPDIR=/tmp .venv/bin/python -m pytest tests/ -q
• 结果：121 passed in 6.70s
• Requirement Matrix：95 个唯一 ID，无重复。
• 已合入最新 team/main，无冲突。

证据边界

• 121 tests 是离线和集成边界证据，不等于真实 AgentSociety 长时程实验通过。
• 当前只放行 Phase 0/1；真实后端网格、pilot 和大规模实验仍需通过 Gate-F1。
• 历史 runs/ 在缺少统一 manifest 前保持 pending_review，不进入正式统计。
