Currently, we have memory configs. As we add more processor-specific features, we will need to add processor-specific configs that define the feature set per-processor. (e.g., RTU/TX_PRU cores filtered out for PRUSS & PRU-ICSS, XFR2VBUS instances per processor, etc).
