What

Add a "What PulseEngine Stands For" section to Docs/ROADMAP.md. It lists explainable signals, honesty about uncertainty, local-first privacy, free and open data, one shared core, and standard methods. The section links to the CONTRIBUTING rules that protect these promises.

Also correct the stale facts (95 tests, Python 3.11+, Wilder RSI, py.typed, the lint-free profile), and link the v0.4 and v0.5 milestones to their tracking issues #56, #60, #57 and #61.

Checks

  • ruff check ., mypy pulseengine/ and pytest pass on this commit by itself.

…e current state

Add a section with the six promises every milestone must keep: explainable signals, honesty about uncertainty, local-first privacy, free and open data, one shared core, and standard methods. Link it to the CONTRIBUTING rules that protect it. Correct the stale facts: 95 tests, Python 3.11+, Wilder RSI, py.typed, and the lint-free inspection profile.
