Portal Sign

Usage:

Place down a sign with the following.

[PORTAL]
<worldname>
<x> <y> <z>
*<location name>

* : Optional

Then place an iron pressure plate under the sign.

Boom you're done you can walk on the pressure plate to go to the location.
