Update bundled provider and model metadata to latest upstream versions.

Changes

• resources/model-db/providers.json — sync model database with latest upstream changes:

  • Add new models: Kimi K2.7 Code, MiniMax M3, Qwen 3.7 Plus, GPT-OSS 20B, GLM 5.2, GLM 5V Turbo, GLM 4.5 Air, GLM 5 Turbo, Nemotron 3 Ultra 550B, Claude Fable 5, and others
  • Remove deprecated / replaced models: Claude Fable 5 (anthropic), Kimi K2.5, Qwen 3.6 Plus, MiniMax M2.5, Meta Llama 3.1 8B, Google Gemma 2 2B, older GLM variants, Upstage Solar series, etc.
  • Update release dates and pricing for existing models (e.g., Claude 4 Opus/ Sonnet)

• resources/acp-registry/registry.json — bump ACP tool versions:

  • Codebuddy Code: 2.105.2 → 2.106.3
  • Cursor: 2026.06.04 → 2026.06.12
