🛡️ Anti-Slop Governance & Mechanical Quality Gate Expansion (v1.10.0)

This release expands the original 16 AI anti-pattern tells into an exhaustive 66-rule mechanical quality audit checklist, organized into 9 actionable domain categories:

1. Category I: Color & Surface (Rules 1–21): Bans Cream-and-Terracotta tropes, Near-Black-and-Acid tropes, Tinted-Black standing for pure black, Dark Mode as naive inversion, and Low-contrast text-on-image without scrims.
2. Category II: Typography (Rules 22–28): Bans single-word headline accents, all-caps labels, unnecessary eyebrows, monospace data labels on non-tabular text, unjustified body copy with rivers, flat serif/sans pairings, and lines exceeding 80 characters.
3. Category III: Layout & Composition (Rules 29–36): Bans numbered markers on non-sequential content, middle-dot meta strings, em-dash label patterns, uniform border-radii regardless of hierarchy, identical soft shadows, default big-number-small-label heroes, broadsheet hairlines, and reflexive center-alignment.
4. Category IV: Decoration & Motion (Rules 37–41): Bans repetitive fade-and-slide-up animations, arrow-appended CTAs, icon-heading soup, decorative gradient washes, and motion without user trigger.
5. Category V: Interaction & State Design (Rules 42–47): Bans unstyled disabled states, missing loading/skeleton states, empty states left as blank voids, missing error states, hover effects on non-interactive elements, and outline: none without focus replacement.
6. Category VI: Internationalization & Accessibility (Rules 48–53): Bans un-mirrored RTL icons, color as single status signal, contrast failing WCAG AA, semantic div soup, ignored prefers-reduced-motion, and un-localized dates/numbers.
7. Category VII: Performance & Technical Hygiene (Rules 54–58): Bans unset image dimensions (CLS), render-blocking scripts in head, eager loading below the fold, CSS specificity wars, and missing fallback font stacks.
8. Category VIII: Content & Copy (Rules 59–63): Bans passive-voice CTAs, apologetic error copy, inconsistent verbs across flows, Lorem Ipsum in production, and action-less empty states.
9. Category IX: AI-Generated 'Tell' Patterns (Rules 64–66): Bans template chrome combos, SaaS-card-kit sameness, and recycling component shapes across unrelated briefs.
