Summary

Adds support for connecting to an Azure SQL Database, introduces a new Entra ID uniqueness check script, renames the blocklist uniqueness scripts and aligns terminology across the repository from Blacklist to Blocklist.

This PR also includes the single quote escaping fix that was accidentally opened as a separate branch/PR (#10). PR #10 can be closed in favor of this one.

Fixed (previously PR #10)

• Escape single quotes in account values before using them in SQL WHERE clauses in uniquenessCheckAdChecksSql.ps1, uniquenessCheckAdChecksSqlAndAd.ps1 and uniquenessCheckEntraIdChecksSqlAndEntraId.ps1, preventing SQL errors and injection for names like "in 't veld" or "van 't slot".
• Escape single quotes in the Active Directory filter (uniquenessCheckAdChecksSqlAndAd.ps1) and the Microsoft Graph OData filter (uniquenessCheckEntraIdChecksSqlAndEntraId.ps1).

• Updated CHANGELOG.md with the 2.2.0 entry, including the Fixed section for the quote escaping.
