OutOfSync/Missingstate was treated as immediate fatal failure.teewhile the complete log is retained and the realansible-playbookexit code is preserved viaPIPESTATUS[0].OutOfSync/Missingpair, now use the existing bounded wait.Synced/Healthyremains the only success condition;Degradedremains fail-fast. Timeouts, FORMAT/APPLY/REBOOT gates, and desired infrastructure state are unchanged. No manual live repair was encoded.Test plan
