Summary

  • cut the existing Unreleased changelog into 0.2.0 dated 2026-08-18
  • preserve an empty Unreleased section for future work
  • preserve all existing release notes verbatim
  • preserve 0.1.0 unchanged

Release boundary

  • version: 0.2.0
  • planned tag: v0.2.0
  • tag not created yet
  • GitHub Release not created yet
  • tag/release creation is intentionally deferred until the release-cut merge is on main and exact main CI passes

Scope

  • CHANGELOG.md only
  • no implementation/runtime changes
  • no tests/workflows changes
  • no live infrastructure mutation
