• The shared action enforces the org's versioning and sign-off policy, so next-nats releases the same way as the rest of TrogonStack instead of drifting on its own config.
• PRs opened with that token also trigger CI, so release PRs get checked.
• The root release-please files were left behind when the config moved under .github.
