Adds Emergency food as the default view and Affordable food at /affordable-food/, using reviewed cost-derived classification without duplicating resources. Publishes the eight Jamie-approved Lionhearts location records while preserving evidence, provenance, unknowns, and accessibility qualifications. Keeps draft review artifacts isolated from production and extends public, print, download, no-JavaScript, offline, and release verification coverage. Validation: npm run check -- --site deployments/kingston passed; npm run check -- --all passed; Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit coverage completed in the full gates.
