Bump the workspace to 0.2.2. Close RUSTSEC-2026-0285 with rustls 0.23.45, replace yanked chacha20 0.10.1, and take the Dependabot lockfile updates open since 16 September.

Affected feature sets compile (simd-json,http3-dev,jwt,i18n, view,cargo-rustapi --all-features). This machine has no libpq/libmysql, so the full--all-featuresworkspace test is left to CI.Merging publishes:
