Adds a page covering the declarative API's performance characteristics and limitations (per-element sources/layers, scale thresholds, undiffed slot mutations, geometry rebuilds, marker re-sync, listener accumulation, mixing hazards), each citing the source file. Moves it together with the existing "Assessment of Declarative Features" page into a new "Advanced Concepts" section so Getting Started stays scoped to basics.
