Creates the plugin from HEA-21: start-ticket, pr-review, address-review and six review agents, generic and runnable with --unattended. Without the flag, the skills keep their checkpoints.

  • Layout: marketplace at the root, plugin in plugins/software-factory/, so the next ticket's script isn't copied on install.
  • Result line: every unattended run ends with SOFTWARE_FACTORY_RESULT: {"status":"finished"} or {"status":"stopped","reason":"…"}. A stopped skill posts no escalation.
  • Project details: verification commands and project rules now come from each project's AGENTS.md (## Verification).
  • Reviewers: spawned as software-factory:sdlc-review-*.

Checks

  • node --test: 62 passing. Most tests pin wording, because skills are prose; the next ticket's run proves real behaviour.
  • claude plugin validate . and claude plugin validate plugins/software-factory: pass (one icon warning, which only applies to the plugin directory listing).
  • Not run yet: a real install. That check happens from the Disciplined Sidekick PR, after this merges and v0.1.0 is tagged.

Owner manual test

Before testing

  • Nothing. Merge this PR, and v0.1.0 gets tagged afterwards.

Checklist

  • The repo page shows the README and MIT license.
  • CI is green on this PR.

The hand runs (/software-factory:address-review 11, /software-factory:start-ticket) come with the Disciplined Sidekick PR.

Six LGTMs on the first review of this PR came from reviewers that skimmed.
An LGTM without full coverage now counts as a failed reviewer, and reviewers
no longer move the shared checkout.
