HTML class autocomplition with CSS classes defined in workspace

Currently parces only 'CSS' files To enable isertion in "", >< and start typing class name starting with '.'.

TODO:

• Move from null-ls to separete and standalone bin
• Parse more types of CSS files
• Go to defenition
• Rename
• Hover info.
