feat: normalize company-context schema and CLI browsing

Summary

• enrich the registry contract with query and reference semantics for company-context fields
• improve CLI authoring, querying, and show output for people, teams, clients, projects, and related entities
• emit company-context graph edges from schema-defined references and align docs with the stronger frontmatter contract
