feat(agent): add shared tools and scoped data foundations - #351
Merged
Conversation
Group the read-only AI tool catalog into common, Versus, and Kubernetes packages and expose one shared core.Tool-to-Eino adapter for analyze and future chat agents. Unify tool time ranges, availability, and truncation semantics so agents can query historical windows without silently using current data or mistaking an unavailable source for an empty result. Add ordered organization scopes and scoped storage capabilities so a licensed self-hosted deployment can read its immutable OSS default-org archive while writing new data only to its licensed organization.
