Your agent's first move is to send you the Virlo signup link so you can grab an API key while everything else gets set up in the background. The whole thing takes ~3 minutes. The only required key is Virlo - PostForMe and image gen are optional and can be added later.
The links the installer points you to:

- PostForMe (optional, only if you want Vee to post): postforme.dev/developers
- Image gen (optional, only if you want Vee to generate slides): pick one - OpenAI, Stability, Replicate, or Gemini
If you'd rather run it yourself, first sign up at dev.virlo.ai/signup/?via=organic and grab your API key. Then:

npm run install-veePaste your Virlo key when prompted. The installer handles the rest. You can re-run npm run install-vee any time to update keys.
Once the installer finishes, Vee walks you through setting up your first Content Agent (a personal content radar that monitors a topic 24/7 and surfaces viral videos, trending hooks, and outlier creators in that space). This takes about 60 seconds and is the foundation for everything Vee does after.
Vee asks you three things:
- Topic - what do you want to track? (e.g. "personal brand," "supplement ecom," "AI tools," "indie games")
- Keywords - Vee generates 10 candidates based on your topic; you confirm or edit them
- Configuration - sensible defaults (TikTok + Reels + Shorts, weekly refresh, monthly time range); confirm or tighten
After that, your first Content Agent is live. Vee then introduces himself and gives you four moves you can make right now to start working.
