Adds exportBookmarks and importBookmarks commands so bookmarks and folders can be backed up, moved to a new machine, or shared with a teammate onboarding to the same multi-repo workspace. Export writes the current workspace's bookmarks/folders to a JSON file via showSaveDialog; import reads one back via showOpenDialog and either merges it into the current store (skipping uri/line-range duplicates, remapping imported ids to avoid collisions) or replaces the store outright after a confirmation.
