Summary

• Treat configured backlog statuses as the authoritative visibility rule.
• Show completed items when their status, such as Done, is selected under Configure Board → Backlog.
• Preserve the existing completed-item visibility behavior for non-backlog views.
• Apply the same backlog filtering to initial loading, pagination, reordering, newly created items, and live updates.

Problem

Backlog requests implicitly added status_completed = false. This overrode the configured backlog statuses, so selecting Done still excluded Done items.

Solution

Backlog requests now preserve the user’s sub-filter without automatically excluding completed statuses. The server’s configured backlog_status_ids determines which statuses appear.

No separate completed-items toggle or include_completed API was added.

Verification

• Manually verified that selecting Done displays Done items.
• Manually verified through the local development server.
• svelte-check: 0 errors and 0 warnings.
• Biome checks passed.
• Production frontend build passed.
