💡 What: Optimized the AUR build process in build.sh by passing MAKEFLAGS="-j$(nproc)" and PKGEXT='.pkg.tar' to the makepkg command.
🎯 Why: Multi-core compilation significantly reduces build time for complex AUR packages like Calamares. Disabling package compression saves additional time, as packages are installed immediately and don't need to be compressed.
📊 Impact: Expected to reduce Calamares build time by ~50% on multi-core systems.
🔬 Measurement: Observe the CPU usage during the makepkg phase of the build (it should use all cores) and notice the absence of the compression phase.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 612838369898665452 started by @christopherfoxjr

- Enabled multi-core compilation using MAKEFLAGS="-j$(nproc)"
- Disabled package compression using PKGEXT='.pkg.tar' for faster installation
- Added documentation and expected impact comments to the optimization
- Cleaned up trailing whitespace in build.sh
