This PR implements a full transition to the CachyOS kernel for improved performance, adds an automated monitoring workflow to trigger builds on new kernel releases, and performs several UX and accessibility enhancements.

Key changes:

  • Kernel Integration: Added CachyOS repos and switched linux to linux-cachyos in build.sh.
  • Automation: Created monitor-cachyos-kernel.yml to check for updates.
  • UX & Accessibility: Overhauled welcome.html with the Dracula color palette, added ARIA labels to navigation links, and implemented clear focus-visible states.
  • Hygiene: Fixed typos in documentation, removed trailing whitespace, and ensured .gitkeep compliance.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 14602311228516176462 started by @christopherfoxjr
