Implemented micro-UX improvements to the KibaOS welcome page by adding keyboard focus indicators and descriptive emojis to buttons. This makes the onboarding experience more accessible and intuitive. Also resolved several repository audit failures in build.sh and repo_audit.sh to ensure the project maintains its quality standards.

This change enhances the KibaOS welcome page by:
- Adding `:focus-visible` styles to interactive buttons to improve keyboard accessibility.
- Prepending descriptive emojis (📖, 🐞, 🐙) to action buttons to improve visual scannability and delight.
- Fixing pre-existing audit issues in build.sh and repo_audit.sh to ensure repository integrity.
