- Added `.github/workflows/release-notes-autodraft.yml` to trigger on published releases. - Updated `scripts/save_release_notes.sh` to ensure `Notes/.gitkeep` is a 0-byte file. - The script automatically handles directory creation and "NTE-DDHYM" formatting.
