Distinguish SNES D-pad left/right and the shoulder buttons for joystick_get

The shoulder buttons on SNES controllers are labeled "L" and "R", and references in SNES games and documentation typically refer to the buttons as L and R. I think our documentation should retain those monikers, but clarification is also beneficial. I think I can work in a compromise. |
