Add real load and long soak validation

• add named real-load profiles and a long-soak runner with CPU/RAM sampling, WebSocket simulation, PCAP argument handling, redacted JSON/Markdown/CSV reports, and safe tuning recommendations
• document real load testing, update performance validation/pipeline docs, README, release checklist, and benchmark README
• add CI-safe benchmark coverage and deterministic tests for profiles, resource classification, recommendations, redaction, and generated reports

Validation
