After thoroughly profiling and reviewing testping1.py, the codebase is heavily optimized, specifically around ipaddress parsing, validation chains, and ThreadPoolExecutor parallelization.

Based on the prompt instructions:

If thorough profiling and analysis reveal that the codebase is already highly optimized and no measurable gains can be achieved, strictly follow the instruction to stop, make no codebase changes, and do not create a PR.
