Brings in PR #4's CI fix and its rewritten validation record. The workflow keeps this branch's version (same platform-tools fix, NDK 28.2.13676358 to match app/build.gradle). validation.md keeps PR #4's PR 1-4 section as written and adds this PR's device validation after it. Adds the Android build and native safety checks plus setup, architecture, device, accessibility, language, security and troubleshooting guides. Documents CPU-first operation, optional model assets and accelerator limits, and includes a Spanish language-pack example.
Validation on Linux x86_64 with JDK 17 and Gradle 8.11.1: Lite and Vision debug APKs, Lite and Vision R8 release APKs, and both debug lint tasks build successfully. Native C++ ASan/UBSan checks, Java calibration tests and six language-pack validations pass. Lint reports zero errors and two localization/data-extraction warnings. The unsigned Lite debug APK is about 92 KB; the unsigned Vision debug APK is about 98 MiB.
The first GitHub CI run exposed that setup-android attempted to install the removed SDK package
tools. This PR now limits that setup step toplatform-tools; the native, Lite and Vision GitHub jobs pass after that fix.No Android hardware was connected for these local builds. Downstream Android PR #5 separately reports tablet testing of its added fixes; those results do not apply to this PR 1–4 code until the changes are reviewed and merged. GPU, NNAPI/NPU and device-specific tracking accuracy still need validation.
