[Feature] Folder outside of the Inbox

I want to use an Inbox when I create for new notes, but if I do that, I can't have Folders outside the Inbox, but I really wan't Folders outside my inbox, so that i can see the different Regions in my Atlas. Please add a Feature, where i can have Folder outside my Inbox, when i choose Inbox as Primary Note Location or add the Feature, that when i use Vault Root as Primary Vault Location, that i can choose a folder, where new notes are created.
