Server 2.55.0 is published with its Docker image (2.55.0, 2.55 and latest), so the binary instructions download that release and the Docker examples pin its minor. The upgrade guide's own examples keep naming 2.51 as the tag a running install might still be on.

adibhanna/zennotes:2.55, now that the 2.55.0 release and its image are out. The upgrade guide's examples still name 2.51 as the tag an existing install may be on.
